摘 要:采用Pechini法制备了Ru-Ir-Ti/Ti氧化物阳极涂层。通过SEM、EDX、XRD、极化曲线、循环伏安和强化电解寿命等,研究了涂覆载量对Ru-Ir-Ti/Ti氧化物阳极涂层微观结构和电催化性能的影响。结果表明:涂覆载量对阳极涂层的表面形貌和析氯极化有很大的影响;阳极涂层的伏安电量随涂覆载量的增加而增加,涂覆载量为12 g/m2时阳极涂层表现出最高的强化电解寿命。The anode coatings of Ru-Ir-Ti/Ti oxide were prepared by a pechini method. The effects of coating contents on microstructure and electric catalytic performance of Ru-Ir-Ti/Ti oxide anode coating were studied by SEM, EDX, XRD, polarization curves, cyclic voltammetry and accelerated life. The results show that the coating contents have large effect on the surface morphology and chlorine evolution polarization of oxide anode coating. With the increase of coating contents, volt-ampere capacity increases. The oxide anode coating with the coating content of 12 g/m2 shows the highest accelerated life.
