摘　　要：目的：评价缝合锚钉治疗踝关节三角韧带附着点断裂的临床疗效。方法采用锚钉系统治疗29例三角韧带附着点断裂患者，其中距骨附着点断裂24例，内踝附着点断裂5例。结果29例均获得随访，时间9-26个月。踝关节功能采用美国足踝外科学会（ AOFAS）踝-足评分标准评价：优17例，良10例，可2例，优良率27/29；按照改良Baird-Jackson评分系统评价：优17例，良9例，可3例，优良率为26/29。结论缝合锚钉治疗踝关节三角韧带附着点断裂，其有操作简便易行、可提供踝关节内侧即刻稳定性、利于韧带修复、疗效可靠等优点，是治疗三角韧带附着点断裂的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of deltoid ligament disruption at its attachment point treated with suture anchors. Methods 29 cases of deltoid ligament disruption at its attachment point were treated with su-ture anchors, 24 of which were disruption at talus attachment point and 5 of which at medial malleolus attachment point. Results 29 cases were followed up for 9 -26 months. According to the AOFAS hindfoot score, functional outcome were excellent in 17 cases, good in 10 and fair in 2. The overall satisfactory results （ excellent and good） were 27/29;Functional outcome were excellent in 17 cases, good in 9 and fair in 3 according to modified Baird-Jack-son scores system, the overall satisfactory results （excellent and good） were 26/29. Conclusions Treatment of del-toid ligament disruption at its attachment point with suture anchors is a safe,effective fixation,due to its immediately stable fixation and conducive to ligament healing. It is believed as a reliable method for deltoid ligament disruption at its attachment point.
