摘 要:目的:研究胆囊结石主要感染病原菌的分布及特征。方法:对胆囊结石60例,非胆囊结石66例患者手术切除的胆囊、结石和胆汁样本分别行细菌学培养,对主要检出菌做脉冲场凝胶电泳,分析菌株同源性。结果:126例患者共检出88株病原菌,排在前3位的是铜绿假单胞菌,肺炎克雷白杆菌和大肠杆菌,其中铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷白杆菌在结石组和非结石组的检出率差异有统计学意义,经脉冲场凝胶电泳它们分属不同的型别。结论:胆囊结石患者感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,细菌感染可能参与了胆囊结石的形成。Objective To study the distribution and characteristics of main pathogens in specimen of gall-bladder stones. Methods Gallbladders,gallstones and bile collected from cholecystectomy were cultured, in-cluding 60 patients with cholecystolithiasis and 66 controlled patients without cholecystolithiasis. The homology of the main bacteria isolates was analyzed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis to exclude the hospital infection. Results Eighty-eight bacteria strains were cultured from 126 patients and the top three strains were Pseudomo-nas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumonia and Escherichia coli. The positive rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumonia in gallstone group were significently higher than that in non gallstone group. The bacteria types were also different as shown by pulsed field gel electrophoresis in two groups. Conclusion The gram negative bacteria are the main pathogens in patients with gallbladder stones. Bacterial infections may involve in the formation of gallstones.
