摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺干预对Y123F雄性肥胖不育小鼠的体质量、糖脂代谢及精子活动率的影响。方法:将11只Y123F雄性成年小鼠随机分为实验组(n=6)和对照组(n=5)。所有小鼠均用相同方式固定,实验组选取中脘和双侧后三里穴进行连续13 d的针刺治疗,对照组不针刺。每日记录小鼠饮食量、饮水量,实验后测量小鼠体质量、血糖、血脂、精子活动率和血清瘦素水平。结果:实验组小鼠的体质量、饮食量、饮水量、血糖、精子活动率、血清瘦素水平与对照组比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);而高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)以及总胆固醇(TC)水平与对照组比较,则无统计学差异。结论:针刺干预能够有效改善Y123F雄性小鼠的肥胖程度、高食欲、高血糖、低精子活动率和血清高瘦素水平,但对小鼠脂代谢并无明显改善。Objective： To investigate the effect of acupuncture intervention on body weight, glycolipid metabolism and the sperm activity rate of Y123 F mice. Methods： A total of 11 Y123 F adult mice were randomly divided into two groups： 6 mice in experimental group and 5 mice in the control. Mice in experimental group were fixed and treated with acupuncture at bilateral acupoints of Zusanli（ST 36） and Zhongwan（RN 12） once daily for 13 consecutive days. Mice in the control were fixed in the same way with experimental group without any intervention. After treatment, intakes of food and water were recorded every day, changes of body weight were observed; the levels of blood glucose, serum leptin, high-density lipoprotein（HDL-C）, low-density lipoprotein（LDL-C）, triglyceride（TG） and total cholesterol（TC） were determined; and sperm activities were also measured.Results： Body weight, food intake, water intake, blood glucose and the levels of serum leptin of experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control（P〈0.05）. The sperm activities in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control（P〈0.05）. No obvious association was observed in two groups of the TG, TC and LDL-C contents. Conclusion： Acupuncture intervention could not only decrease body weight, levels of appetite, blood glucose and serum leptin, but improve the sperm activity. Our study also suggested that there was no obvious improvement on lipid metabolism in Y123F mice.
