摘　　要：目的探讨采用自体半腱肌及股薄肌腱重建膝关节后外侧复合体(PLC)的手术方法及临床疗效。方法 PLC断裂患者15例,采用自体半腱肌及股薄肌腱重建。随访并采用30度位拨号试验、30度位内翻试验和Lysholm评分评估膝关节功能。结果术后随访24-70个月,15例均恢复日常工作。随访末期,患膝内翻和外旋稳定性较术前改善(P<0.05);膝关节功能Lysholm评分较术前提高[(91.27±5.85)分vs.(57.27±11.47)分](P<0.01)。结论应用自体半腱肌及股薄肌腱重建PLC,手术操作简单,术后膝关节功能恢复良好。Objective To explore the surgical technique and clinical outcome of reconstructing knee posterolateral complex with autologous semitendinosus and gracilis tendon. Methods Fifteen patients with rupture of posterolateral complex underwent the reconstruction of injuried knee joint with autologous semitendinosus and gracilis tendon. The function of the knee joint was evaluated by the dial test and varus test at 30 degrees flexionand and Lysholm score of injuried knees before and after surgery. Results The patients were followed up for 24-70 months and all backed to daily work. At the end of follow up, the varus and external rotation stability of injuried knees was improved statistically（P〈0. 05）. Lysholm score of injuried knees was higher after surgery than＇that before [（91.27±5.85） points vs. （57.27± 11.47） points] （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The technique of knee posterolateral complex reconstruction with autologous semitendinosus and gracilis tendon is easy to perform and satisfactory to restore the stability and function of injuried knees.
