摘　　要：目的 通过对天津医科大学眼科医院眼库角膜捐献者资料分析,探讨角膜捐献和眼库发展的策略.方法 对2006年8月至2013年7月在天津医科大学眼科医院眼库身后捐献眼角膜的84例的资料进行分析,包括：年龄,性别、职务、文化程度、捐献动机等.结果 84例年龄分布在4个月至85岁之间,其中50岁以上的老人70.23％ （59/84）;捐献者死因以肿瘤58.33％ （49/84）及心脑血管疾病17.86％ （15/84）为主;捐献角膜的应用率为100％.结论 天津市身后捐献眼角膜人数逐年增多,但离现实需要差异甚远,需要加强法制和宣传工作,让更多的人参与角膜捐献,帮助更多的需要角膜来重见光明的人.Objective To analyze and discuss some strategies about corneal donation at the present stage in Tianjin.Methods The information of 84 comeal donors was analyzed in this article since Eye Bank of Eye Hospital of Tianjin Medical University was founded in 2006.Including donors were from four months to eighty five years old.Among them 70.23% （59/84）donors were above fifty years old.Their job was worker,farmer,cadre,medical staff,and teacher et al.Causes of death were tumor and cardio-cerebral vascular disease in the main.The utilization rate of eyes was 100%.Conclusions Donation volunteers are increasing year by year in Tianjin,but demand of corneas are much more than donation,legislation should be ought to as soon as possible and try ourselves best to do well on job of eye bank in order to improve comeal donation rate.
