摘　　要：越南因其庞大的摩托车数量,被称为"摩托车上的国家"。越南生产、组装和进口到越南的车辆由交通运输部管理,交通运输部下属的越南登检局负责机动车的周期性检查及其测试和质量认证。Vietnam is named as ＂Country on the Motorcycle＂ because of its large amount of the motorcycles. Motorcycles manufactured, assembled or imported into Vietnam are supervised by the Ministry of Transport. Vietnam Register, affiliated to the Ministry of Transport, is responsible for periodical inspection and testing and qualifying certification on these motorcycles.
