摘　　要：对准辊道是低辐射镀膜玻璃生产线上的重要设备之一，其作用是把输送辊道上跑偏的玻璃进行横向对准，以便玻璃准确的进入镀膜腔室或者为自动堆珠机摆正玻璃。本文就对准辊道的基本功能和设计要点做了简要介绍。并分析了玻璃跑偏的原因及在本设备上防止跑偏的一些措施。The alignment roller is one of the important equipments in low - E coated glass production line. It is used to align the deflected glass in the transverse direction. So the glass with right location is prepared before entering the chamber and automatically stacking. This paper briefly introduces the basic function and key design points about aligmnent roller, and analyzes the deviation reasons and some preventive measures.
