摘 要:目的:建立尿液中亚硝酸盐的顶空气相色谱检测方法。方法:利用亚硝酸盐与环己基氨基磺酸钠发生重氮偶合反应,通过顶空气相色谱法对得到的反应产物环己醇亚硝酸酯进行定量分析。结果:通过实验数据得出,该方法的最低检出限为0.5 ppm,相对标准偏差为1.61%,回收率为96.6%~102.1%。结论:本方法操作简便,干扰小,检测限低,线性范围宽,可较好地应用于生物检材尿液中亚硝酸盐的定性定量检测。Objective: To establish a method of quantitative detection of nitrite in urine by headspace gas chromatography.Methods: We had detected the product of nitrite and sodium cyclamate. Nitrite and sodium cyclamate had the reaction of diazo coupling. It had the product of cyclohexanol nitrous acid ester. Results: According to the experimental data, the detecting lower limit of the method was 0.5 parts per million, relative standard deviation was 1.61%, the recovery was 96.6%-102.1%.Conclusion: The advantages of the method were simple operation, low interference, low detection limit, wide linear range.Then, it would be well applied in quantitative analysis of nitrite in urine.
