早期运动护理在结肠癌根治术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨结肠癌术后早期运动护理对患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将122例结肠癌患者随机分为两组，对照组（n＝60）给予常规护理干预，观察组（n＝62）给予早期系统化运动指导，比较两组患者恢复情况和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组留置胃管时间、排气时间、住院时间分别为（1．8±0．7），（1．1±0．4），（9．5±3．7）d，均低于对照组[（3．7±1．8），（2．1±1．5），（16．0±7．4）d]，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为7．63，4．99，6．10；P＜0．05），两组患者肠鸣音恢复、开始进食、排便时间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。观察组患者术后并发症总体发生率为4．8％，对照组为51．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝30．97，P＜0．01）。结论结肠癌患者根治手术后早期运动，可有效地促进胃肠功能恢复，提高生活质量，缩短住院时间，减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the effect of early exercise nursing on the gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with colon cancer after the operation .Methods One hundred and twenty-two colon cancer patients were chosen and randomly divided into the control group （n=60） and the observation group （n=62）. The control group received the routine nursing , and the observation group received the early systematic exercise guidance on the basis of routine nursing .The situation of recovery and the incidence rate of postoperative complication were compared between two groups .Results The average length of indwelling stomach tube , exhausting and hospitalization were respectively （1.8 ±0.7）d,（1.1 ±0.4）d,（9.5 ±3.7）d in the observation group, and were （3.7 ±1.8）d,（2.1 ±1.5）d,（16.0 ±7.4）d in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （t=7.63,4.99, 6.10, respectively;P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of postoperative complication was 4.8%in the observation group, and was 51.7%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 =30.97,P〈0.01）.Conclusions The early exercise nursing in the patients with colon cancer resection can effectively promote their gastrointestinal function recovery , and significantly improve the quality of life , and shorten the hospital time , and reduce the occurrence of complication .
