摘  要:以镀镍碳纤维(Ni CF)和镀镍石墨粉为导电填料,制备一种聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯填充型导电复合材料,分析了注塑机螺杆转速、注塑压力和保压压力对复合材料导电性能的影响。结果表明,螺杆转速和注塑压力过高或过低时,复合材料的导电性都较差。当保压压力小于64 MPa时,复合材料的导电性能随保压压力的升高而提高;当保压压力超过64 MPa时,其对材料的导电性几乎没有影响。同时还研究了注塑工艺对复合材料中纤维长度和微观结构的影响。The filled conductive composites were prepared by adding nickel-coated carbon fiber/nickel-graphite powder into PC/ABS. The effects of screw speed,injection pressure and packing pressure on the conductivity of the composites were studied. The results show that when screw speed or injection pressure is too high or too low,the conductivity of the composites was worse. When the packing pressure is less than 64 MPa,the conductivity of composites will increase with packing pressure increasing. When the packing pressure exceeds 64 MPa,it has almost no effect on the conductivity of composites. At the same time,the effects of injection molding process parameters on the fibers length and their microscopic structures of the composites were studied.
