摘　　要：目的利用现代信息技术,实现造口并发症远程护理和健康指导,提高患者自我护理能力和生活质量。方法开发了包括客户端软件和服务器软件的远程造口护理系统,实现患者足不出户进行就诊并接受护理指导;造口治疗师也可对患者进行远程诊治和护理。分析了256例使用该远程护理系统肠造口患者的诊治效果及对远程护理的评价。结果 100%患者从该系统受益,64.8%的患者可以依靠该系统实现造口并发症的自我护理,避免了到医院就诊。结论远程造口护理系统有利于保证患者术后护理的延续性,可及时为患者提供科学合理的护理指导,提高患者生活质量并降低经济开支。Objective Using modern information technology to achieve telenursing of colostomy complications and health guidance to improve patients＇ self-care ability and quality of life. Methods The telenursing system of colostomy complications consisted of the client software and server software,with which patients could get nursing instructions,long-distance treatment and nursing care by colostomy specialists at home. The response time and time consuming of telenursing as well as patients＇ satisfaction were investigated among 256 patients. Results All patients reported that they benefited from this system,and 64.8% could achieve self-management of colostomy complications with the system. Conclusion Telenursing system of colostomy complications ensures the continuity of postoperative care and provides nursing guidance for the patients timely. It contributes to the improvement of patients＇ quality of life and reduction of costs.
