29例A型急性主动脉夹层患者围手术期目标血压的管理

摘　　要：总结了29例A型主动脉夹层患者围手术期血压控制在目标值的护理体会。血压调控要点为患者入院后迅速地降压和降心率、及时处理患者的异常活动、血压的正确监测与分支血管通畅情况的观察、健康档案的建立等,将血压控制在目标值。本组患者除1例入院1h死亡外,其余28例患者均手术后康复出院。术后随访半年,无主动脉夹层复发病例。This paper summarizes our experience in perioperative blood pressure monitoring and control in 29 patients with type A aortic dissection. The measures included rapid lowering of blood pressure and heart rate to the target value,timely treatment of abnormal behaviors,accurate monitoring of blood pressure,observation of branching vascular patency and establishment of health records. As a result,one case died in an hour after admis- sion,the other cases recovered well after operation and had no recurrence at follow-up of 6 months.
