摘 要:利用城市污水厂剩余污泥进行厌氧发酵产酸中试研究,在不添加任何药剂、SRT=15d的条件下,考察温度在22~40℃之间变化时对发酵产酸以及氮、磷释放的影响,同时分析了污泥浓度空间分布与污泥水解之间的关系。结果表明:随着温度的降低,产酸量逐渐降低,但在22—28℃时产酸量基本稳定在90mg/L;中试装置1~9m高度处的污泥浓度与污泥水解程度呈线性相关,总体呈现先降后升的趋势,在7m高度处污泥浓度降到最低值即1.39%,相应的SCOD、碳水化合物、TOC浓度也降到最低,分别为345.62、66.84、36.67mg/L;随着温度的升高,发酵液中的氨氮含量逐渐增多,在38℃时达到最大值即147.13mg/L,而磷酸盐含量的变化幅度则相对较小。Excess sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant was used to study acid produc- tion by anaerobic fermentation and acidification in pilot-scale tests. The influence of temperature between 22 ℃ and 40 ℃ on acid production by anaerobic fermentation and the release of nitrogen and phosphate was investigated under the condition of no addition of any chemicals and SRT of 15 d. The relationship between spatial distribution of sludge concentration and the sludge hydrolysis was analyzed. The results showed that with the decrease in temperature, the production of VFAs reduced, but when the temperature ranged from 22 ℃ to 28 ℃, the production of VFAs was basically stable at 90 mg/L. The sludge concen- tration at the height of 1 m to 9 m in the fermentation tank vertically was linearly related to the sludge hy- drolysis degree, generally decreasing and then increasing, and the sludge concentration decreased to the minimum of 1.39% at the height of 7 m. The corresponding SCOD, carbohydrate and TOC concentra- tions also dropped to the minimum of 345.62 mg/L, 66.84 mg/L and 36.67 mg/L respectively at the height of 7 m. With the increase in temperature, the content of ammonia nitrogen increased gradually in the fermentation liquids and reached to the maximum of 147.13 mg/L at 38 ℃, but soluble phosphate concentration changed little with the change of temperature.
