摘  要:目的:探讨小牛血去蛋白提取物注射剂致不良反应(ADR)发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库2003-2013年收录的小牛血去蛋白提取物注射剂致ADR相关文献,对纳入文献的ADR共28例相关病列进行分类、归纳、总结小牛血去蛋白提取物注射剂致ADR患者的基本情况、给药方法、不良反应发生时间、累及器官或系统及转归等。结果:小牛血去蛋白提取物注射剂所致的ADR可发生于用药后的各个时间段;经停药及对症治疗后全部病例症状均良好。结论:临床应重视小牛血去蛋白提取物注射剂的ADR,可以通过提高药品质量并加强用药过程监测等措施确保患者用药安全,以避免和减少ADR的发生。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regularity and characteristics of ADR induced by Deproteinized calf blood extrac- tives injection, and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS: Retrieved from CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database, related literatures about ADR induced by Deproteinized calf blood extraetives injection were collected from 2003 to 2013. 28 cases of ADR in the included literatures were classified and summarized in repsects of general information of patient, route of administration, occurrence time, involved system, outcome, etc. RESULTS: All ADRs could occur in every period after medica- tion. All the symptoms disappeared after drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment. CONCLUSIONS: Great importance should be attached to ADR induced by Deproteinized calf blood extractives injection. The quality of drugs and medication monitoring should be strengthened to ensure the medication safety of patients, prevent and reduce the occurrence of ADR.
