摘 要:采集湘西州主产烟区上部烟叶样本48份,通过测定其化学成分,分析湘西州上部烟叶化学成分特征并进行聚类分析。结果表明:湘西州上部烟叶总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮、钾、氯含量及糖碱比、氮碱比、钾氯比平均值分别为24.54%、21.92%、4.17%、2.16%、1.56%、0.54%、6.38、0.54、5.21,化学成分协调,但部分样品存在烟碱和氯含量偏高及钾含量偏低的现象。湘西州上部烟叶化学成分县际间差异达极显著水平,永顺县、花垣县和保靖县烟叶烟碱含量较高,永顺县钾含量相对较低、氯含量较高、糖碱比和钾氯比较低。聚类分析将湘西上部烟叶化学成分大体分为中糖高碱型、中糖适碱型、高碱高氯型、高糖适碱型等4大类型。A total of 48 flue -cured tobacco samples with upper leaf were collected from main tobacco -growing areas in Xiangxi,and their chemical compositions were determined to study the characteristic and cluster analysis of the chemical compositions.The results showed that the means of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen,potassium,chlorine contents and sugar/nicotine,nitrogen/nicotine,potassium/chlorine in the flue -cured tobacco upper leaf were 24.54%, 21.92%,4.17%,2.16%,1.56%,0.54%,6.38,0.54,5.21,respectively.The difference of chemical compositions in up-per leaf was extremely significant in different counties;the nicotine contents of flue -cured tobacco leaves in Yongshun county,Huayuan county and Baojing county was higher than other counties,and the potassium contents and sugar/nicotine and potassium/chlorine of flue -cured tobacco in Yongshun county was lower than other counties,and the chlorine contents of flue -cured tobacco in Yongshun county was higher than other counties.The chemical compositions of flue -cured to-bacco leaves of main tobacco -growing counties in Xiangxi were divided into 4 types(middle sugar and high nicotine,mid-dle sugar and proper nicotine,high nicotine and high chlorine,high sugar and proper nicotine)by the cluster analysis.
