循期阴阳序贯疗法对化疗致POF大鼠卵巢VEGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨左归丸、右归丸对化疗致卵巢早衰大鼠卵巢血管内皮生长因子表达的影响。方法采用环磷酰胺化疗模型,共分为模型组、空白组、雌孕激素组、左归丸组、右归丸组、左右归丸低、中、高剂量组,遵循动情周期灌胃20 d。采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测卵巢血管内皮生长因子的表达水平。结果雌孕激素组、空白组与左右归丸中、高剂量组大鼠卵巢血管内皮生长因子表达明显高于模型组(P<0.05);左右归丸中剂量组大鼠卵巢血管内皮生长因子表达明显高于左归丸组、右归丸组(P<0.05),差异显著,有统计学意义。结论左归丸、右归丸能上调血管内皮生长因子的表达,尤以循期阴阳序贯疗法效果显著,它能更有效地促进卵巢血管内皮细胞的生长、增殖,对于维持卵巢血管结构及改善微循环有重要意义。Objective to investigate the effect of Zuogui pill,Yougui Pill on chemotherapy induced expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in ovarian premature ovarian failure in rats. Methods Cyclophosphamide chemotherapy model,and divided into model group,blank group,estrogen group,Zuogui pill group,Yougui Pill group,left and right GUI pill low,medium and high dose groups,follow the estrous cycle by gavage for 20 days. Expression levels of growth factors by real- time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection of ovarian vascular endothelial. Results estradiol and progesterone group,blank group and about the GUI pill in high- dose group,ovarian vascular endothelial growth factor expression was significantly higher than that in the model group（ P〈0. 05）; left and right to expression was significantly higher than that of Zuogui pill group,Yougui Pill group ovarian vascular endothelial growth factor in rats pills（ P〈0. 05）,significant differences,there was statistical significance. Conclusion Zuogui pill,Yougui Pill could up regulate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor,especially in the cycle of yin and Yang of sequential therapy effect is obvious,it can effectively promote the growth,proliferation of ovarian vascular endothelial cell,it plays an important role in maintaining the structure and improve ovarian microcirculation.
