摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗老年输尿管结石患者的安全性及有效性。方法对2010年9月-2013年3月在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗的151例老年人输尿管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 137例手术成功,6例进镜失败,8例输尿管上段结石上移滑入肾盂。并发症包括输尿管口损伤3例,输尿管黏膜下假道形成3例,严重血尿(出血时间>3d,明显肉眼血尿)8例,发热伴尿路感染5例。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗老年输尿管结石安全有效,具有创伤小、碎石效果好、同时可处理输尿管内息肉、并发症少等优点,是治疗老年输尿管结石的较好选择。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi in elderly patients. Methods The study comprised a retrospective analysis on 151 cases of elderly patients with ureteral calculi who had undergone ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy from September 2010 to March 2013. Results Of the 151 patients, 137 suc- ceeded in operations, 6 failed, and 8 suffered upper ureteral stones＇ sliding up into renal pelvis. There were some complications, including orificium ureteris injury in 3, ureteral submucosal false passage in 3, severe hematuria （ Bleeding time over three days） in 8, and urinary tract infection with fever in 5 cases. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is safe and effective opera- tion method to the treatment of ureteral calculi in elderly patients, with the advantage of little trauma and good effect. It is a better choice for the treatment of elderly patients with ureteral calculi.
