摘　　要：充分应用云计算技术的第三方医药平台逐步成为在线交易的主要场所与信息集散地,医药生产企业、经销商、各类医疗机构和其他用户通过站点交易工具完成询价、洽谈、签约、支付、配送与售后服务等。亟待通过立法完善电子身份认证与审查制度、构筑电子居间监管系统、明确医药电子错误及建立医药电子合同管控机制等,进一步促进平台内医药信息共享与交易公平。The third-party medical platform that makes full use of cloud computing gradually becomes a major place for the medical online trading and low-cost hub of information.Medical productive enterprises,dealers,all kinds of medical institutions and other users finish inquiring,negotiating,signing,paying,delivering and after-sales services,etc through the site trading tools.It＇s urgently needed to improve systems of electric certification of identity and review,build the regulatory system of electronic intermediation,define medical electronic errors,and to establish control and manage system of medical e-contracts by legislations,which further promotes information sharing and equitable transactions in medical platforms.
