摘　　要：目的:观察头穴丛刺对老年性痴呆患者临床疗效。方法:将40例AD患者分为治疗组与对照组,对照组口服多奈哌齐,治疗组在对照组基础上采用头穴丛刺,8周后观察两组MMSE、ADL评分和Tau蛋白与Hcy水平。结果:治疗组与对照组MMSE、ADL评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Tau蛋白、Hcy含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头穴丛刺能够有效改善老年性痴呆患者的认知水平。Objective：To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture on patients with Alzheimer’ s disease.Meth-ods：Divide 40 AD patients into two groups：the control group was treated with donepezil and the treatment group was with donepezil and scalp acupuncture.Observe the MMSE, ADL grade, and p -Tao, Hcy level after 8 weeks.Results：There were significant differences between two groups according to the MMSE,ADL,p-Tao and Hcy level （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Scalp acupuncture can improve the cognitive level of AD patients.
