缪刺运动针法治疗网球肘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨缪刺运动针法治疗网球肘的临床疗效。方法:将68例网球肘患者硬币法随机分为治疗组35例和对照组33例,治疗组采用缪刺阳陵泉穴运用动气运动针法为主,对照组采用常规针刺法。结果:治疗组的痊显率为62.86%,对照组的痊显率为42.42%,治疗组与对照组统计学比较P<0.05,差异具有显著性意义。结论:缪刺运动针法治疗网球肘疗效明显优于常规针刺治疗,具有很好的临床疗效。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of contralateral sport needling method for treating ten-nis elbow.Methods：68 patients with tennis elbow were randomly allocated to a treatment group（35 cases） and a control group （33 cases）.The treatment group was with contralateral sport needling method and the control group was with conventional therapy.Results：The curative rates were 62.86% in the treatment group and 42.42%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Contralateral sport needling therapy is an effective way to treat tennis elbow.
