摘　　要：以一种橡胶厚制品的硫化模具结构设计为例,探讨了注压模具和模压模具对工艺和产品性能的影响,论述了模具结构设计与优化方案。结果表明,两种模具结构各有特点,对所述的产品而言,更适合采用模压模具。The effect of the injection mould and the compression mould on process and product per- formance was studied by the structure design of vulcanization mold for a thick rubber product as an example, and the structure design and optimization programs of mould was also discussed. The results showed that the two kinds of mold structure both had respective features and for this kind of product described in this article, the compression mould was better.
