摘　　要：聚酯装置使用了大量的现场测量仪表以及控制阀、开关阀等设备作为检测和控制手段,在正式投入使用前,这些现场仪表均需要通过调试,使之在控制系统上的显示、控制和报警与现场仪表的测量值以及现场执行装置的动作一致,并真实反映实际的工艺参数,以及满足工艺操作的要求。本文分别就温度、压力、流量、液位测量仪表以及阀门类执行装置,详细阐述了调试内容和方法,以及常见的问题和解决的办法。PET plant uses a lot of field instruments and control valves, on/off valves and other equipment as a means of measure and control. Before using, these field instruments are needed successful commissioning, so that the display, control and alarm on the DCS consistent with the actual measurements of field instruments and the actions of actuating devices. And truly reflect the actual process parameters, as well as meet the requirements of process operation. Elaborate the contents and methods on commissioning of the temperature meters, pressure meters, flow meters, level meters and actuating devices such as valves. Describe common problems and solutions.
