摘　　要：在介绍中小型专业图书馆情报咨询服务实践的基础上,总结了中小型专业图书馆开展情报咨询服务的目标、条件、过程、方法以及成果评估体系,探讨了中小型专业图书馆在财政预算有限、人力资源紧张的不利条件下,如何更好地针对机构用户开展情报咨询服务,为机构科研工作提供有力的保障。On the basis of introducing the practice of small and medium-sized professional library in carrying out the information reference service, this paper summarizes the goals, conditions, processes, methods and results evaluation system of s mall and medium-sized professional library’s information reference service, and probes into the experiences of small and medium-sized professional library in carrying out the information reference service and providing strong support for scientific research institutions under the adverse conditions of limited financial budget and scarce human resource.
