摘　　要：以对环渤海体育旅游带的阐释为切入点,通过对环渤海体育旅游带体育旅游资源的现实基础和体育旅游开发中存在问题的分析,结合体育旅游产业发展的特点,有针对性地从合作机制的组织架构、市场开发体系和人才培养3个方面阐述了环渤海体育旅游带的开发策略,旨在整合环渤海体育旅游带的资源,为环渤海体育旅游带的开发提供借鉴。Taking Bohai sports tourism zone concept as the breakthrough point, through in-depth analysis of development foundation and resource advantage of Bohai Sports Tourism Zone and Bohai sports tourism problems in development, combined with the characteristics of the development of sports tourism industry, this article interprets pertinently the development strategy of Bohai sports tourism belt from three aspects of organization structure of cooperation mechanism, market development system and personnel training, aims to integrate Bohai sports tourism resources and provides a new idea for the development of sports tourism zone around Bohai.
