摘　　要：在目前我国社会体育指导员培养体系有待完善,无法完全适应全民健身需要的背景下,采用文献分析法、专家调查法、数理统计法等对社会体育指导员的培养目标、课程体系、培养途径等进行深入分析,提出16种规格的分类方法,并对如何确定培养目标、构建课程体系和培养体系给出了相应的建议。Under the background that the underdeveloped social sports instructors training system can not meet the needs of the Sports for All Projects, this article uses literature analysis, interview, and mathematical statistics to examine the training objectives, courses system and training methods. It is found that there should be 16 categories of social sports instructors to meet varied needs. Strategies on how to establish training objectives, courses system and training methods are also provided.
