摘 要:目的通过分析海南省白沙县2010~2012年居民土源性线虫感染监测结果,掌握了白沙县土源性线虫的流行动态和流行规律,为评价该县的土源性线虫病防治效果和制定有效防治策略与措施提供科学依据。方法采用改良加藤厚涂片法和透明胶纸肛拭法对监测点常住居民土源性线虫感染情况进行调查。结果2010~2012年共检查3045人,其中男性1556人,女性1489人。3年来男性蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫感染率分别为0.45%、11.31%、9.70%;女性蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫感染率分别为0.54%、10.41%、13.70%。2010~2012年土源性线虫总感染率分别为25.69%、22.61%和17.06%。2010~2012年蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫及儿童蛲虫感染率分别为0.60%、12.30%、14.98%、34.21%;0.87%、11.79%、10.72%、38.78%;0.00%、8.48%、9.28%、36.31%。结论白沙县2010~2012年人群土源性线虫总感染率呈逐年下降趋势,但儿童蛲虫感染仍维持在较高的水平。Objective To analyze the infection status and grasp the epidemic regularity of soil-transmitted nematodiasis in Baisha county of Hainan province from 2010 to 2012, and to provide scientific basis for evaluation of soil-transmitted nematode control effect and development of effective prevention and control measures. Methods The Kato-Katz's thick smears and adhesive tape test were used to investigate the infection status of soil-transmitted nematodes among the local residents. Results A total of 3 045 people were examined from 2010 to 2012, including 1 556 males and 1 489 females. The infection rates of roundworm, whipworm and hookworm were 0.45%,11.31% and 9.70% in males and 0.54%,10.41%,and 13.70% in females respectively. The total infection rates of soil-transmitted nematodes from 2010 to 2012 were 25.69%,22.61% and 17.06%, respectively. The infection rates of roundworm, whipworm, hookworm and pinworm in 2010 were 0.60%,12.30%,14.98 and 34.21%,respectively. The infection rates of roundworm, whipworm, hookworm and pinworm in 2011 were 0.87%,11.79%,10.72% and 38.78%. The infection rates of roundworm, whipworm, hookworm and pinworm in 2012 were 0.00% ,8.48% ,9.28% and 36.31%, respectively. Conclusion The monitoring in 2010-2012 revealed a decreasing soil-transmitted nematodes prevalence but showed a relatively high infection rate of pinworm in the children.
