摘 要:目的研究广东省潮州地区HIV-1艾滋病感染者标本免疫印迹(western blot,WB)带型的分布特征。方法对2009-2013年潮州地区HIV-1抗体确证阳性者标本的WB带型结果进行统计分析。结果在114例HIV-1阳性者标本WB带型中,gp160阳性率为100.00%;gp120、gp41、p24、p66、p31阳性率高于90.00%;p51、p17、p55阳性率较低,分别为85.96%,78.07%和53.51%。WB带型在不同性别和不同年龄组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论潮州地区HIV-1抗体阳性者的免疫印迹带型阳性率与其他地区的报道存在着差异。Objective To investigate the western blot (WB) band patterns of HIV positive people in Chaozhou region. Methods The 114 HIV-1 antibody positive samples from 2009 to 2013 were collected and the WB band patterns were analyzed. Results Among 114 samples, gp160 was expressed in 100% of the samples ; gp120, gp41, p24, p66, p31 were expressed over in 90% of the samples; the p51, p17 and p55 were expressed in 85.96% of the samples, 78.07% of the samples and 53.51% of the samples, respectively. There was no statistical difference between the expression of different WB bands and differetn gender groups or among age groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The positive rate of WB band patterns in Chaozhou region was different from data reported in other regions.
