寻常痤疮患者血清白三烯水平的检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨白三烯(Letukotriene,LT)在寻常痤疮发病机制中的作用。方法对65例寻常痤疮患者及40例正常人血清中的白三烯浓度进行检测分析。结果寻常痤疮患者组血清LTB4浓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。寻常痤疮患者组血清LTC4、LTE4浓度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各级痤疮患者组与对照组血清LTB4的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),各级痤疮患者组与对照组血清LTC4、LTE4的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间比较:各级痤疮患者组血清LTB4、LTC4、LTE4的两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白三烯B4可能在寻常痤疮发病中起重要作用,但与寻常痤疮的病情轻重程度无关。白三烯C4、白三烯E4可能未参与痤疮的炎症过程。Objective To study the role of letukotriene in the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris. Methods The levels of letukotriene B4, letukotriene C4, letukotriene E4 in serum of 65 patients with ache vulgaris and 40 normal controls were detected and analyzed. Results The serum levels of letukotriene B4 in acne vulgaris cases were significantly higher than the normal controls（ P〈 0. 05） . There were no significant differences in letukotriene C4 and letukotriene E4 levels between the patients with acne vulgaris and the normal controls （P 〉 0. 05）o The letukotriene B4, levels in cases with different grades of acne vulgaris showed significant differences compared with that of the control group（P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0.01）.But there were no significant differences in letukotriene B4, letukotrieneC4, letukotriene E4 levels between the patients with different grades of acne vulgaris. Conclusion The letukotriene B4 may be closely associated with the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris.
