摘　　要：针对汽车发电机集电环的压装工序和绝缘测试要求,设计了发电机集电环性能检测装置的总体方案,探讨了检测装置的开关部分、压装集电环部分、耐压检测部分、触摸屏界面的设计,分析了常见的故障及处理方法。For the installation process and insulation test＇s requirements of the automobile generator shaft slip ring, it designs the general plan of the slip ring performance detecting device, discusses about the projects of the detecting device＇s switch, slip ring installation, breakdown test and touchscreen interface,and analyzes the common faults and their handling methods.
