热固型反射隔热涂料在彩钢瓦夹保温棉板厂房的应用与研究

摘　　要：热固型反射隔热涂料是一种新型轻质薄层的建筑节能涂料。将该涂料涂刷在彩钢瓦夹2层保温棉板（总厚度50mm）的厂房顶面进行测试比较，试验结果表明，在外界环境温度为31.7～43.4℃时，涂刷热固型反射隔热涂料与未涂刷涂料的彩钢瓦夹保温棉板的顶面温差保持在13～21℃，底面的温差保持在6～7℃。The thermosetting solar heat reflecting and insulation coating was used in the top surface of color steel tile mixed with two-layer heat preservation cotton, and it was found that when the outside temperature was 31.7～43.4℃, the temperature variations of the top surface which painted by this coating was 13～21℃, and was lower than that of the top surface without this coating. Meanwhile, the temperature variations of the bottom surface which was painted by this coating was 6～7℃ and was lower than that of the bottom surface without this coating.
