摘  要:目的分析某院2012~2013年常见致病菌的类型及耐药性,并对全院抗菌药物的使用量与细菌耐药率之间的相关性进行评价。方法利用WHONET5.6软件统计分析2012~2013年临床分离病原菌的耐药率;采用抗菌药物每日每百张床位所消耗的用药频度(DDDs/100BD)计算抗菌药物的使用量,统计分析抗菌药物的使用量与细菌耐药率之间的相关性。结果 2012~2013年分离出来的菌株主要以革兰阴性菌为主,依次为大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌,革兰阳性菌分别为金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌。大肠埃希菌耐药率与氨曲南(r=0.462)、哌拉西林(r=0.840)头孢吡肟(r=0.834)DDDs呈正相关关系;氨曲南DDDs与铜绿假单胞菌耐药率呈正相关关系(r=0.788)。结论本院大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率与某些抗菌药物的使用量之间存在相关关系。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance rates of clinic bacterial isolates from the hospital from2012 to 2013,as well as to investigate the correlation between the antibacterial agents consumption and their resistance rate. Methods WHONET 5. 6 software was adopted to analyze the resistance of clinical isolated bacteria during 2012-2013. The total consumption of antibacterial agents expressed as DDDs /100 BD. The correlation between drug resistance and the clinical consumption of antibacterial drugs were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 software. Results Bacteria strains isolated from the hospital during 2012- 2013 were mainly Gram-negative bacteria,namely Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae. Gram-positive bacteria were mainly Staphylococcus aurous,Streptococcus pneumonia.Drug resistance of Escherichia coli was positively related with DDDs of aztreonam( r = 0. 462),piperacillin( r = 0. 840)and cefepime( r = 0. 834). Drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa was positively related with DDDs of aztreonam( r= 0. 788). Conclusion The antibacterial agents consumption is related with the rates of resistance of Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the hospital.
