复方甘草酸单胺S联合薄芝糖肽治疗寻常型银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸单胺S联合薄芝糖肽治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效。方法 254例寻常型银屑病患者随机分成两组,治疗组131例采用复方甘草酸单胺S联合薄芝糖肽治疗,对照组123例采用复方甘草酸单胺S治疗;两组治疗前后分别评定PASI积分,观察两组治疗后疗效。结果治疗组PASI积分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001),治疗组有效率80.92%,对照组有效率63.41%,两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸单胺S联合薄芝糖肽治疗银屑病疗效优于单用复方甘草酸单胺S。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound glyeyrrhizie acid ammonium S combined with Bozhi glycopeptide in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 254 psoriasis vulgaris cases were randomly divided into control group （n=123） and treatment group （n=131）. The control group was treated by compound glyeyrrhizie acid ammonium S, and the treatment group received compound glycyrrhizic acid ammonium S combined with Bozhi glycopeptide. PAS! score was assessed before and after the treatment, and curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The improvement of PASI score in the treamtment group was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.0001）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 80.92%, which was higher than that of control group 63.41%. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of compound glycyrrhizic acid ammonium S combined with Bozhi glycopeplide is better than that of compound glycyrrhizic acid ammonium S alone in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
