推拿治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨推拿治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床疗效。方法 80例肝阳上亢型高血压病患者随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合推拿治疗。观察两组疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者症状积分小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组证候总有效率95.00%高于对照组70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论推拿治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of massage in the treatment of hyperactivity of liveryang hypertension. Methods A total of 80 cases of hyperactivity of liver-yang hypertension were randomly divided into two group, and each group contained 40 cases. The control group was given amlodipine, and the observation group was given amlodipine combined with massage therapy. Curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Syndrome total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was higher than that of the control group as 70%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Massage in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver-yang hypertension has remarkable curative effect.
