盆腔瘀血综合征64排螺旋CT基本征象及诊断标准分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析盆腔瘀血综合征(PCS)的64排螺旋CT表现及诊断标准。方法 50例经彩超及腹腔镜诊断为盆腔瘀血综合征患者,对照分析其64排螺旋CT扫描的影像资料,并复习文献。结果 50例盆腔瘀血综合征患者均有双侧或单侧宫旁静脉丛范围扩大,静脉不同程度扩张、迂曲;50例患者双侧或单侧卵巢静脉不同程度扩张;36例患者子宫均有不同程度增大;18例患者双侧或单侧卵巢增大;28例患者直肠陷凹少量积液;12例患者静脉早显或延时流出盆腔。结论宫旁静脉丛范围增大,宫旁静脉管径增宽,卵巢静脉增宽,静脉期子宫影增大,卵巢肿大,直肠陷凹积液,静脉早显或延时流出盆腔是64排螺旋CT诊断盆腔瘀血综合征较为特征性的表现。Objective To analyze the features and diagnostic criteria of 64 slice spiral CT for pelvic congestion syndrome （PCS）. Methods The features of 64 slice spiral CT were comparatively analyzed in 50 patients who were diagnosed as PCS by both color Doppler ultrasound and negative laparoscopy, and the related literatures were reviewed. Results All of the 50 PCS patients had left or right or both pelvic veins plexus expanded and veins dilation and tortuosity in various degrees. There were 50 cases had left or right or both ovaries veins expanded in varying degrees, 36 cases had uterus enlarged in varying degrees, 18 cases had left or right or both enlarged ovaries, 28 cases had litter effusion in rectum sunken, and 12 cases had the contrast media early or delayed out of pelvic veins. Conclusion Pelvic veins plexus expanded, veins dilation and tortuosity, ovaries veins expanded, uterus enlarged, ovaries swollen, effusion in rectum sunken and early or delayed out of pelvic veins were the basis characteristics of PCS in the 64 slice spiral CT.
