摘　　要：目的建立清火片薄层色谱鉴别。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中的主要成分大青叶进行鉴别。结果在TLC图谱中可检出大青叶的特征斑点。结论该方法优于现存的药品标准鉴别方法,简便易行,重现性好,为清火片提供了一种质量控制方法。Objective To establish a thin layer chromatography （TLC） method of Qinghuo tablets. Methods The isatis leaf, as the main ingredient in the prescription, was identified by TLC. Results The characteristic spots of isatis leaf were detected by TLC. Conclusion The TLC method is better than current drug standard method, and it is easy to conduct and has good reproducibility. TLC is a quality control method for testing Qinghuo tablets.
