摘  要:目的:对实时术中远程数字病理会诊中的66例病例数据进行分析,发现问题并总结经验。方法:对66例疑难会诊病例的冰冻诊断、最后诊断、诊断符合情况、冰冻诊断时间、切片数字化图片质量、图片数量、图像大小、图像传输时间进行分析。结果:66例会诊病例包括明确诊断30例,倾向性诊断33例,延迟诊断3例。其中86.4%(57/66)提供了正确的诊断意见。报告所用时间平均63.6分钟,最短25分,最长157分钟。平均每例图片容量大小为851M,平均每张图片容量为653M,平均每例上传1.3张切片,每例上传到服务器的平均时间是175.7秒。结论:实时术中远程数字病理会诊是多个冰冻点的病理科开展疑难会诊的新形式,具有一定的优点,但需对其流程、适合病例等进行总结和完善。Objective:To determine what problems exist in clinical use of the whole slide imaging(WSI) real-time telepathology system for consultation in the frozen section intra-operative diagnosis. Methods:Analysis 66 difficult frozen section intra-operative cases which diagnosed by WSI real-time telepathology system, including their accuracy and time of diagnoses, quantity and quality of whole slide images, the size of images, the time of uploading the digital images. Results:Diagnostic accuracy has been 86.4%, total turnaround times averaging 63.6 minutes, one digital images averaging 633M, Average patient upload 1.3 images, average capacity of each patient' s image size is 851M, average time of per patient' images uploading to the server is 175.7 seconds. Conclusions:Whole slide imaging real-time telepathology system is a good tool for consultation of frozen section Intra-operative diagnosis. But some issues on the consultation process need to be solved and doctor' s concepts of the digital pathology need to be changed.
