摘　　要：随着卫生信息化的快速发展,医院信息系统应用的不断拓展,一方面信息部门维护和管理人员的工作负担增加,工作效率无法提高;另一方面医疗系统的安全要求越来越高,传统的运维模式在一定程度上存在安全隐患,降低了系统的安全性。以江苏省人民医院为例,探讨了医院网络与系统监控管理平台建设的重要性,通过平台建设方案、平台建设过程中遇到的困难及平台建设后的预期收益等进行分析,探讨医院网络与系统监控体系建设的策略,从而实现对IT资源的整合与管理,有效提高医院信息系统与网络运维效率。With the rapid development of health informatization and the continuous expansion of the application of hospital information system, on one hand, the workload of maintenance and management personnel of the information department increases, and the efficiency cannot be improved; on the other hand, the safety requirements of the medical system become higher and higher. The traditional operational mode has the safety hazard to a certain extent and reduces the security of the system. Taking People＇s Hospital of Jiangsu Province as an example, the paper discusses the importance of the construction of hospital network and system monitoring management platform. Through the analysis of the platform construction scheme, the difficulties encountered in the process of platform construction, the expected returns after construction of the platform and so on, the strategies for the construction of hospital network and system monitoring system are discussed, so as to realize the integration and management of IT resources, and effectively improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance of hospital information system and network.
