摘　　要：目的:设计一套适合医院数字化病案管理信息系统。方法:通过对比分析三种病历数字化技术,提出采用翻拍技术和条形码技术实现数字化病案管理信息系统的方案。结果:通过深入研究基于翻拍技术和条形码技术的病案数字化工作流程,明确了系统应用场景和系统效益。结论:翻拍技术以相对较高的性价比实现病案数字化,条形码技术较好地搭建了数字化病案和纸质病案之间的桥梁。Objective： Design a suitable hospital digital medical record management information system. Methods： Through Comparing and analyzing three digital technology of the medical records, put forward the solutions of digitized medical record management information system by use of remake technology and barcodes technology. Results： Through research on digital workflow deeply based on the remake and barcode technology of the medical record, clarify the system application scenarios and system benefits. Conclusion： Remake technology achieves digital medical records on a relatively high cost, barcode technology builds a better bridge between the digital medical records and paper medical records.
