摘　　要：高质量的专业实践是专业学位研究生教育质量的重要保证。当前,在法律硕士专业学位实践基地建设方面,存在着职业导向性不明、导师队伍不强、实践基地规模落后、运作成本不够等诸多问题,需要加强对法律硕士专业学位实践基地的建设路径探索,并在国家层面、高校层面和社会合作单位层面进行改革,从方向上、手段上和资金上全面支持这类专业学位实践基地的建设。The high quality professional practice is an important guarantee of quality of professional master degree in graduate education. Currently, in terms of construction of training center base for the students of Juris master degree, there are lots of problems, such as ambiguity of the career orientation, weakness of the tutor team, hysteresis of the size of the construction of training center and the shortage of the operating cost. So the exploration of methods of the construction of training center for the students of Juris master degree needs to be strengthened, and reforms should be carded out based on the countries, universities, and social partners. The paper points out that the supports should contain direction, means and finance all aspects.
