摘 要:杭州国际博览中心屋顶飘带结构的下部支撑为彩带形拱结构,两条支撑彩带长度分别约为231m和227m,支撑结构跨度大,施工难度大,需要对其施工过程中结构的稳定性、位移、内力进行分析。首先,采用ANSYS软件建立了支撑彩带的施工仿真模型,对该结构的施工方案进行了全过程数值模拟,得到了结构在拼装和卸载各个施工阶段的响应情况和关键点的位移情况,分析了结构构件最不利状态产生的原因。同时还对结构在施工过程中风荷载作用下的抗倾覆能力进行了模拟计算,确保结构在施工过程中的整体稳定。The supporting structures of the Hangzhou International Expo Center are two ribbon arch-structures, which are respectively 231m and 227m in length. With the large scale and extremecomplexity, it is necessary to analyze the stability, displacement and internal force of the structure duringthe construction. The construction simulation model of the ribbon arch-structure support was built withANSYS program first. Then the whole construction process of the ribbon arch-structure support wassimulated, the response and the displacement of the )key points in different construction stages werefigured out, and the reasons of the most adverse condition was analyzed. While the overturn resistanceability under wind load was simulated and calculated, to ensure the integral stability during theconstruction.
