高效液相色谱法同时测定枸骨叶中槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素的含量

摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法同时测定枸骨叶中槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素的含量。方法：Kromasil-C18（4.6mm×250 mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸（30：70）,流速1.0 mlmin^-1,柱温25℃,检测波长365nm。结果：槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素的质量浓度在8.14～81.40、1.32～13.20、4.66～46.60μgml-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.38%、98.33%、98.71%,RSD分别1.51%、1.21%、1.27%。结论：所建立的方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,回收率高,重复性好,可用于枸骨叶药材的质量控制。ABSTRACT： OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Folium Ilicis Cornutae by HPLC. METHODS The chromatographic column was Kromasil-C18 （4. 6 mm ×250mm, 5 μm） with the acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （30：70） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 365 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml-min 1. RESULTS The method had good linear relationship within the range of 8. 14 - 81.4（μg·ml-1 for quercetion, 1.32- 13.20 μg·ml^-1 for kaempferol, and 4. 66-46. 60μg.ml-1 for isorharnnetira The av- erage revcoveries of quercetion, kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 98. 38% （RSD of 1.51%）, 98. 33% （RSD of 1.21%） and 98. 71%（RSD of 1.27%）, respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate and feasible. It can be used for the quality control of Folium Ilicis Cornutae.
