摘 要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定枸骨叶中槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素的含量。方法:Kromasil-C18(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(30:70),流速1.0 mlmin^-1,柱温25℃,检测波长365nm。结果:槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素的质量浓度在8.14~81.40、1.32~13.20、4.66~46.60μgml-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.38%、98.33%、98.71%,RSD分别1.51%、1.21%、1.27%。结论:所建立的方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,回收率高,重复性好,可用于枸骨叶药材的质量控制。ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Folium Ilicis Cornutae by HPLC. METHODS The chromatographic column was Kromasil-C18 (4. 6 mm ×250mm, 5 μm) with the acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution (30:70) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 365 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml-min 1. RESULTS The method had good linear relationship within the range of 8. 14 - 81.4(μg·ml-1 for quercetion, 1.32- 13.20 μg·ml^-1 for kaempferol, and 4. 66-46. 60μg.ml-1 for isorharnnetira The av- erage revcoveries of quercetion, kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 98. 38% (RSD of 1.51%), 98. 33% (RSD of 1.21%) and 98. 71%(RSD of 1.27%), respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate and feasible. It can be used for the quality control of Folium Ilicis Cornutae.
