PFNAⅡ治疗股骨转子间及转子下骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨PFNAⅡ系统在治疗股骨转子间及转子下骨折的疗效.方法 应用PFNAⅡ内固定治疗系统对68例股骨转子间及转子下骨折的患者进行治疗.结果 随访6～ 24个月,平均12.3个月,骨折全部愈合.根据Harris评分：优54例,良9例,中2例,优良率95.6％.结论 PFNAⅡ对股骨转子间及转子下骨折的治疗具有微创、操作简便、术后并发症少的特点,值得推广.Objective To analyze the effect of PFNA on femoral intertrochanteric fracture and subtrochanteric fracture.Methods The internal fixation treatment system of PFNA Ⅱ was applied to 68 patients with intertrochanteric fracture and subtrochanteric fracture.Results The 68 patients were followed up for an average of 12.3 months （6-24 months）.All the factures were healed.According to the Harris rating system,54 cases turned out to be excellent,9 cases were good and 2 cases were fair.The excellent rate was 95.6%.Conclusions PFNA Ⅱ is minimally invasive,easy and convenient to operate.It is a good internal fixation method with less complications to treat femoral intertrochanteric fracture and subtrochanteric fracture.
