摘 要:研究了不同供油提前角下,直喷柴油机燃用体积比为30∶70的地沟油生物柴油-柴油混合燃料(B30)的经济性和排放特性.结果表明,B30地沟油生物柴油-柴油混合燃料在供油提前角18°CA时,燃油消耗率最低,增大或减小供油提前角,燃油消耗率都会增加,24°CA比18°CA在最大负荷处燃油消耗率最高可增加18%;随着供油提前角的减小,NOX的排放降低,但会在一定程度上增加CO和炭烟的排放;在供油提前角为22°CA时,HC排放最低,增大或减小供油提前角,HC排放都会增加,22°CA比16°CA在大负荷时可以降低68%,比18°CA降低50%.The experiment of economic and exhaust emission characteristics of diesel engine fueled with 30% waste cooking oil bio-diesel blended with 70% diesel at different fuel supply advance angle was conducted. The experimental results show that: the best economic fuel injection timing of B30 Blending fuel was at 18° CA. Increase or decrease fuel supply advance angle, and specific fuel consumption increased. The specific fuel consumption increased by 18% when fuel supply advance angle was at 18° CA compared with 24° CA at maximum load;With the decrease of the fuel delivery advance angle, NOx emissions reduced, but CO and soot emissions increased to a certain extent; when fuel supply advance angle was at 22° CA, HC emissions was the lowest, with the increase/decrease of fuel delivery advance angle, HC emissions increased, HC emissions increased by 68% and 50% when the fuel supply advance angle was at 22° CA and 16° CA, or 18° CA at maximum load respectively.
