摘 要:粉煤灰是陕西渭北矿区数量较大,分布最广的工业废渣之一,随着陕西工业的发展,每年粉煤灰排放量将会递增,粉煤灰的堆存不仅侵占大量的良田,还阻塞河道、污染空气,对环境造成了极大的危害。合理地开发和应用粉煤灰不但可以节约土地和能源,还能保护和治理环境。通过对渭北矿区粉煤灰理化性质的分析,选择出适合制备泡沫混凝土的粉煤灰及粒度,探索影响粉煤灰泡沫混凝土发泡剂的主要因素。通过正交试验得到满足设计要求的最佳配合比,并对粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的抗压强度性能进行了系统的研究。结果表明,发泡剂水解温度为100℃,水解时间为5 h,使用量为40 m L时,制备的泡沫混凝土的抗压强度最好,为6.56 k Pa。The fly ash is one of the most extensive industrial waste residue which amount is larger and distribute widely in weibei mine of Shaanxi province,with the development of Shaanxi industry,fly ash emissions increase every year,a large amount of fly ash pile up which not only take up a lot of fertile farmland,but also block channel,pollute air and cause a lot of environmental problem.Rational development and application of fly ash can not only save the land and energy,still can control and protect environment.The analysize physical and chemical properties of fly ash in Weibei mine area,choose the suitable fly ash and grain size for preparation of foam concrete,explore influence major factor in foaming agent of foam concrete.The optimum mixture ratio of meeting the design requirements was got through orthogonal test,and research systemticly compressive strength performance of foam fly ash concrete.It has shown that the hydrolysis temperature of foaming agent was 90 ℃,hydrolysis time was 5 h,the compressive strength of foam concrete prepared was the best for 5.13 k Pa when usage was 40 m L.
