辽宁绒山羊母羊全年及发情期LH分泌规律的研究

摘  要:本试验旨在解析绒山羊促黄体素(LH)变化规律,为调控绒山羊繁殖性能提供激素方面的理论依据。采用激素放射免疫测定法对双羔型、单羔型辽宁绒山羊母羊全年及发情期外周血清中促黄体素(LH)水平进行检测,比较LH分泌变化规律,分析LH与山羊繁殖力的关系。结果表明:双羔型、单羔型辽宁绒山羊血清中LH浓度都存在季节性变化,即秋季最高,且4—11月,双羔型辽宁绒山羊各个月份LH浓度均显著高于单羔型(P<0.05);辽宁绒山羊发情期内LH呈脉冲式分泌并有明显的峰值、谷值,双羔型的LH基础浓度、峰值、脉冲数、排卵前峰值均显著高于单羔型(P<0.05),双羔型的发情至排卵前间隔时间显著的高于单羔型(P<0.05)。说明辽宁绒山羊LH在全年和发情期分泌水平与其繁殖力高低存在着密切关系。The objective of this study was to investigate and analysis the variation of reproductive hormones LH, to provide theoretical basis for the regulation of reproductive performance of Cashmere goat. Using hormone radioimmunoassay, the secretion level of LH in serums of twin and single lamb type ewe of Liaoning Cashmere goats were detected in all the year around and oestrus, comparing the LH secretion regulation and anglicizing the relationship between LH and goat prolificacy. The results showed that: the level of LH in serums of twin and single lamb type ewe varied seasonally, namely the highest in autumn, and the LH secretion of twin lamb type was significantly higher than that of single lamb type during April-November( P0.05); The secretion of LH during oestrus submitted impulse type and had obvious peaks and troughs, the base concentration, peak value, pulse number,preovulatory peak and the preovulatory peak of LH of twin lamb type were significantly higher than that of single lamb type(P 0.05), the preovulatory LH peak value of twin lamb type was significantly later than signal lamb type( P 0.05). Results demonstrated that the secretion level of LH during annual cycle and estrus of Liaoning Cashmere goat is closely related to its reproductive capacity.
