摘 要:本试验选用448只1日龄艾维因肉仔鸡,将其随机分为8组,每组4个重复,每个重复14只(公、母各半),采用4×2(铜×维生素A)完全随机设计,日粮添加不同铜水平(0、8、150、225 mg/kg)和维生素A(1 500、5 000 IU/kg)对肉仔鸡不同生长阶段(0-4周龄和5-7周龄)的钙磷代谢及生长激素和胰岛素的影响。结果表明:日粮中不同铜水平对前期血清钙含量影响显著(P〈0.05),高铜组(225 mg/kg)则对血清钙磷的含量及胫骨钙磷的沉积有抑制作用,并且降低了胰岛素浓度;日粮中添加维生素A对前期血清钙磷的含量影响显著(P〈0.05),维生素A(5 000 IU/kg)组对胫骨钙磷的沉积有促进作用,并且显著降低了胰岛素浓度(P〈0.05);铜与维生素A互作效应对全期血清磷含量影响显著(P〈0.05),对前期血清胰岛素浓度影响极显著(P〈0.01)。结果显示,铜和维生素A间存在互作效应,且对肉仔鸡钙磷代谢、生长激素及胰岛素浓度有影响。推荐日粮中铜的适宜添加量前期为8 mg/kg、后期为0-8 mg/kg,全期维生素A的适宜添加量为5 000 IU/kg。A 4 ×2 completely random experimen t was designed to study the influence of copper and vitamin A on metabolism of calcium, phosphorus, growth hormone and insulin in broilers. Atotal of 448 broilers were divided into 8 treatments with 4 replicates, and 14 birds per replicate. Copper supplemental level was 0, 8, 150, 225 mg/kg respetively; Vitamin A supplemental amount was 1500 or 5 000 IU/kg. The result showed that Dietary Cu levels affected the concentration of Ca in serum from 0 to 4 weeks( P〈0.05). The concentration of Ca and P in serum and in tibia in the treatment of Cu 225 mg/kg group were the lowest, and the total period of high Cu inhibited the concentration of insulin in broilers. Dietary VA levels affected significantly the concentration of Ca and P in serum from 0 to 4 weeks(P〈0.05), the concentration of Ca and P in tibia in the treatment of 5 000 IU/kg VA were the highest,and VA 5 000 IU/kg inhibited the concentration of insulin. The interaction between Cu and VA influenced the concentration of P in serum significantly during the whole period( P〈0.05), and influenced the concentration of insulin significantly at the end of week 4(P〈0.01). The results showed that copper and vitamin A interaction had an effect on the function of metabolism of calcium, phosphorus and hormone in broilers. Appropriate copper supplemental level in dietary was 8 mg/kg from 0 to 4 weeks, and 0-8 mg/kg from 5 to 7 weeks. Appropriate vitamin A supplemental level was 5000 IU/kg in the whole period.
