摘 要:[目的]评估阿维菌素和环氧虫啶对水稻褐飞虱的协同作用。[方法]采用共毒系数法测定二者混配的增效作用,并进行田间药效试验。[结果]阿维菌素与环氧虫啶比例为1:1-1:12时均为增效作用,比例为1:8时共毒系数为140.80,增效作用最显著;将2种制剂进行桶混,药后7 d,25%环氧虫啶WP 45 g a.i./hm2+1.8%阿维菌素EC 5 g a.i.hm2,25%环氧虫啶WP56 g a.i./hm2+1.8%阿维菌素EC 7 g a.i./hm2对褐飞虱的防效分别为83.7%和88.4%。[结论]阿维菌素和环氧虫啶混配防治水稻褐飞虱具有显著增效作用。[Aims] The aim of this study is to evaluate synergistic effect of the mixture of abamectin and cycloxaprid on Nilaparvata lugens. [Methods] The mixture proportion of abamectin and cycloxaprid was validated for its synergistic effect by CTC method. The synergistic effect was verified by field trials. [Results] The results showed that the proportions of abamectin and cycloxaprid between 1:1 to 1:12 had synergistic effect, and the maximum CTC value of the mixed proportion of 1: 8 was 140.80. The field trial results showed that 7 days after treatment, the efficacy of abamectin 1.8% EC 5 g a.i./ha mixed with cycloxaprid 25% WP 45 g a.i./ha and abamectin 1.8% EC 7 g a.i./ha mixed with cycloxaprid 25% WP 56 g a.i./ha were 83.7 and 88.4% respectively. [Conclusions] The mixture of cycloxaprid and abamectin showed obvious synergistic effect on N. lugens.
