摘　　要：目的：介绍单纯性皮肤切除治疗老年性上睑松弛的经验和体会.方法：对29例上睑皮肤松弛的老年患者进行单纯性皮肤切除,不分离、切除眼睑深部组织,直接无张力缝合切缘.结果：29例患者术后无并发症,形态效果好,双眼睑裂明显增大,视野阔宽,上眼睑皮肤松弛和下垂明显改善,外形流畅自然.随访1～24个月,患者对手术效果满意.结论：单纯性皮肤切除矫正老年性上睑松弛的方法安全、有效.Objective Our purpose is introducing the experience and comprehension of correction of the upper eyelid dermatochalisis by simplex skin excision. Methods According to degree of the upper eyelid dermatochalisis,the redundant upper eyelid skin but deep-tissue of palpebrae was removed.Suring without tension. Results Twenty-nine cases were treated;the upper eyelid dermatochalisis was corrected.All the patients were follow-up for 1-24 months, their shape was good. There was no eye found recurrence after operation. Conclusion It＇s an effective and safetyoperation method for Correction of senile upper eyelid dermatochalisis by simplex skin excision.
