红宝石点阵激光联合胶原修复贴治疗黄褐斑的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：对红宝石点阵激光联合胶原修复贴治疗黄褐斑进行临床疗效观察.方法：使用Q开关红宝石固体激光治疗,点阵模式,能量密度3～4.5mJ/cm^2,每2周1次,10次为1个疗程;术后1周每天外敷胶原修复贴治疗1次,观察临床疗效及副作用.结果：60例患者经治疗后,基本治愈28例,显效24例,好转8例,无效0例,总有效率86.7％,患者耐受性好,未出现严重不良反应.结论：采用红宝石点阵激光联合胶原修复贴治疗黄褐斑患者疗效显著、安全,副作用少。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of the Fractional Ruby laser combined with collagen dressing in the treatment of melasma. Methods Q-swiched ruby laser （Germany Asclepion comany） choose the lattice model,energy density 3-4.5 J/cm^2,once every 2 weeks, 10 times for one course of the treatment,A week after operation,once a day topical collagen dressing treatment,to observe the clinical effect and adverse effect. Results 60 patients after treatment,28 cases were basically cured,24 cases markedly effective,8 cases improved,0 cases ineffective. The total efficiency：85%.patient tolerance is good, no obvious adverse effects. Conclusion Fractional Ruby laser combined with collagen dressing in the treatment of melasma is effective, safety and less adverse effect.
